 Mandy Phelps, 33, of Janesville, WI, passed away with her loving sisters Stephanie, Allison and Megan, along with their mother and step-father, Kim and Jason, and other family and friends by her side at University Hospital, Madison, WI. Mandy gave all right till the end and donated her organs in the hope that she could give life to another person in need. Mandy graduated from Parker High School.

 Mandy's biggest passion in her life was her furbabies, Dolly and Trooper. Mandy enjoyed hanging out with her grandma rose . She also loved being surrounded by her family and friend's weather it was a party or just to hang out. Mandy also made sure she was everyone's second mother . She was always the first to help anyone weather she was designated driver, or planning things to do.  

Over the last few years since loosing her grandma/ bff , bates and momma would be on the phone while she cooked one of her grandma's recipes. 

Mandy also loved like no other never taking life for granted and knowing each and every day truly was a gift for Mandy.

 Amanda is survived by her mother Kim (Jason) Oslund, Marshfield, MO, sisters, Stephanie (Steven) Myher, Beloit, WI, Allison Phelps and Megan Phelps, Janesville, WI, step-sisters, Maria Oslund (Keisha White), Garfield, AR and Jordan Oslund (Brian Denes), Rockford, IL, her aunt/ God parents Connie (John) Hair, uncles, Kenneth (Debra) Millard, James Millard and Scott (Penny) Millard all of Janesville, WI. She is also survived by niece, Audrey and nephews, Jace and Dominic Myher, Beloit, WI ,Bradlee, Blakelei Oslund, Emilia Denes, Rockford Il. Everett Phelps, Janesville Wi. Dixie, Jeffrey Herring, Garfield Ar. along with numerous cousins, Second-mother Terry Nelson, Foley, AL and Best Friends Brianna(Ryan) Coleman and Mike Lemanski, Very special cousin Rosie

 She was precede in death by her grandparents Bill & Rosemary Millard, her father Scott Phelps and furbabies Kona and Beau.
