Ana Flores Barahona passed away peacefully on May 12, 2025. Ana was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, on January 25, 1945. She was preceded in death by her parents, Humberto Flores and Mariana Barahona. Ana was a devoted and loving mother to Jose (Nancy) Rodriguez, Jackie (Hugo) Cabezas, and Stephanie (Juan Manuel) Morales. She was a caring and dedicated grandmother to Kevin, Jessenia, Dalila, and Sophia Rodriguez, Heber, Gary, and Monica Moran, as well as Ana Sofia and David Morales. Additionally, she was a great-grandmother to Matias, Melanie, Gael, Kate, and Emelie.
Ana was employed at Escuela Centro America in Honduras, where she dedicated her career before retiring. She was a committed and esteemed employee, cherished by all her colleagues. Ana was also a faithful member of Iglesia Misionera Templo Bautista Vida Nueva in Honduras, where she served as a Sunday School teacher and participated in various volunteer activities. During her visits, she also attended church in Colombia and the USA.
She will be remembered for her unwavering capacity to demonstrate love and her steadfast faith. She was cherished by many individuals across various countries. Her legacy exemplifies how she lived her life with integrity, resilience, and enduring love.
