Carolyn Sue Kavadias (Cowan), 74, passed away on September 6, 2020 in South Beloit, IL. Carolyn was born in Eldorado, IL on November 16, 1945. She is survived by daughters, Margaret Story and Marie Kavadias (Teri Hutchinson), grandchildren Alex and Sophie Story, and nephew, Raymond Barnes. Carolyn was predeceased by parents Henry Cowan, Edna Holt and Ray Holt, and sister, Linda Barnes. Carolyn had an unquenchable thirst for learning, was inspired by religious mysticism, and was an avid poet and artist. A private memorial service will be held on October 17, 2020 at New Morning Retreat Center, New Hampshire, IL.
