Dolores Ann Hodge

Dolores Ann Hodge nee Vogt departed life on September 22,2025 at her daughter's home in Belvidere surrounded by family under Hospice care after a short illness at the age of 83. Dolores was born March 3, 1942 in Chicago Illinois. Dolores was the daughter of Edward and Teresa Vogt. Dolores went to grade school and high school in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Dolores married Thomas Hodge on September 5, 1959. To this union came four children Cheryl, Carol, Michelle and Tom. They lived in Beloit Wisconsin for several years. While living in Beloit Dolores worked at Freeman Shoe Factory and JCPenny's in the Beloit Mall. They moved to Adam's Wisconsin in 1988 where she started working at Villa Pines Nursing Home. Dolores is survived by her daughter Cheryl(Brad)Schmitt who reside in Belvidere Illinois, Michelle(Craig)Ashton who reside in North Carolina, and her son Thomas(Jamie) Hodge who reside in Beloit Wisconsin. Sister's Arlene Seminary who resides in Adam's Wisconsin and Linda Minigh who resides in Adam's Wisconsin. Dolores is proceeded in death by her husband Thomas Hodge, her daughter Carol Green, brother Bill West, sister Dorothy Shropshire and her granddaughter Jennifer Green(Spice). Dolores is survived by eleven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Special thanks to her granddaughter Ashley Hanson who helped her a lot during her hospice care. We couldn't of done it without her. Would also like to give a special thanks to her Hospice nurse Theresa and nurse Franz they we're very helpful and amazing. A small ceremony will be held at Fordham Cemetery in Friendship Wisconsin, dates pending. Dolores was very loved and will be missed so very much
