Dolores M. Wozniak, 90, of Crystal Lake passed away July 19, 2020 at Aventara in Elgin. Born April 1, 1929 in Chicago, the daughter of Arthur Appel and Barbara Mueller. Survived by her son, Michael Wozniak and preceded in death by husband, Gilbert in 1996. Affordable Cremation & Funeral Service assisted the family.
