Erik A. Lindstrom

Erik A Lindstrom of Loves Park, passed away Sunday May 28th 2023. Born Jan 12, 1970.  It is a time we never want to face. We lost him way to soon. Erik lived life to the fullest and on his terms. He enjoyed family, friends, music, hanging out with friends, boating with his grandkids. Sporting events with his grandkids, Bmx was one he could talk about endlessly.  His daughter meant the world to him, he had a way of talking about her that brought a smile, and what you would feel in your heart is only a father’s unconditional love that was unmatched. Humor is how I describe his endless stories, that could keep a you entertained. His many buddies can surly relate.  He will be deeply missed. He leaves behind his wife Rena, of 24 years, his mother Diane Lindstrom, Stepmother Cris Lindstrom, Stepson Brandon Lund (Ashley) 2 grandchildren Zayden and Zoey, Zoey’s bestie Brooklyn, sister Laura (Kevin) Coffman, Step brother Rob McCormick, 2 nieces Mallory and Ella Coffman many aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.  Predeceased by his Daughter Courtney Ann Lindstrom, Father Greg Lindstrom, Material grandparents George and Anna Lawson, Paternal grandparents Richard and Frances Lindstrom, mother-in-law Jacqueline Lantz, sister-in-law Sheila Yunek, sister-in-law Sue, and Aunt Kathy Lindstrom.

Memorial Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2023 at United Lutheran Church, 3630 N. Rockton Avenue, Rockford.
