Erna Hoenle

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Erna Hoenle on June 7, 2025, at the age of 84. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Erna was born on February 19, 1941, in Yugoslavia, to her beloved parents, Franz and Anna Herl. Throughout her life, Erna embodied a quiet strength and a boundless capacity for care. She was a truly loving mother and a devoted grandmother, dedicating her life to nurturing her family and living a peaceful existence always focused on others' well-being.

She will be most fondly remembered for her exceptional cooking and baking, which brought joy and comfort to countless gatherings. More than her culinary talents, Erna was cherished for her unwavering presence and readiness to support those in need. Even as she bravely navigated significant health challenges in her later years, her gentle spirit, kindness, and thoughtful nature remained undiminished, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Erna is survived by her devoted son, Robert Hoenle, and her cherished grandchildren, Kathryn Basile, Madison Hoenle, and Michael Hoenle. Her legacy of love, compassion, and generosity will continue to inspire them.
