Jason Lee Lehman, 50, of Belvidere IL, passed away peacefully in his home on July 9th , 2025,
surrounded by family. Born October 9th , 1974 in Lancaster PA to Kay (Garner) and Jeffery
Lehman. Jason was a loving son, a devoted husband and father and a supportive brother.
Jason’s laughter brought people together, his gift to us that will remain forever. Whether it was
cooking for his family, telling stories around a campfire or fishing at the river, love and laughter
were never absent. He made time for the simple things: cheering for the Steelers, dancing with
his daughter, hanging out with family and friends. His heart was clear for all to see. Jason’s
legacy lives on in the memories we share, the love we carry and the laughter that echoes every
time we tell one of his many stories.
Jason worked at Slidematic (formerly Valley Header and Die) for 6 years. Before that he spent
many years cooking for the good folks of Belvidere at Backstop, The Pour House Pub and
Cuppa Joe.
He is survived by his wife Jennifer, daughter and light of his life Jordan, parents Kay and Art
Boudreau and Jeff (Thelma) Lehman, brother Tony Boudreau, grandmother Catherine Garner
and many loving Aunts, Uncles & cousins.
Preceded in death by maternal grandfather Kenneth Garner and paternal grandparents Beulah
and Marlin Lehman.
A visitation will be held on Saturday August 2nd at 10am followed by a memorial service at 11am
at Zion Lutheran Church, 1300 Pearl St, Belvidere, IL.
