Julie A. Hodgkinson

In Loving Memory of Julie Fildes-Hodgkinson who entered into rest on November 14 th , 2023. Julie was
born on July 16 th , 1963. She is survived by her husband Allen Hodgkinson, kids Brandi Gubala-
Hodgkinson, Michael Hodgkinson, Amber Fildes and grandchildren Anthany Hodgkinson, and Kierstynn
Hodgkinson, Sister Teresa Lowery, Brothers Dave and Allen Fisher, and Timothy Fildes, and sister-in-law
Nancy Fisher and many nieces and nephew who will all miss her very much. Julie was proceeded in
death by her Parents Ralph and Gladys Fildes and her brother Paul Fildes. Julie grew up in the Kirkland,
Belvidere area. She lived in Rockford Illinois at the time of her passing.
She was a beautiful sole who was loved by many. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, spending time with
her kids, grandkids, her cat Brownie and all her family. She was always there when anyone needed her
and gave best hugs. She was a great boss and worked very hard. She had been employed by Myers in
the bakery/deli for 8 years.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday November 22, 2023, at the VFW. 1310 W. Lincoln Ave.
Belvidere Illinois 61008 at 3:00pm. Everyone is welcome who would like to attend, and we will ‘Geter Done’
in Julie’s behalf.
