Kathy Ann Williams

Kathy A. Williams, 72, of Rockford, Illinois, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford after a  lengthy illness. Kathy was born on May 24, 1953 in Rockford to Guy and Bertha (Wendt) Williams. She lived in Rockford most of her life, graduated from Muldoon High School and worked at various manufacturing companies (Including Kysor, Rockford Products and Greenlee). She enjoyed fishing, family time, and her fur babies. 

Kathy is survived by her sisters Amy Rasch and Ruth Bittner, both of Rockford, brother, Lowell Williams of Tennessee, step-brother, James “Jim” Ferrell of Rockford and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased in death by her spouse, Cynthia Camacho, mother, Bertha (Jack) Ferrell, father, Guy Williams, Jr., brother, Robert Lynch, sister-in-law, Sandy Lynch, brother-in-law, Amil Rasch, nephew, Tristan Clay and niece, Kara Foster. 

Cremation will be done and a celebration of life will take place at a later date. 

A special thank you to the OSF medical team and also to Melissa Foster, Laura Clay and Laney Clay for the wonderful care and support they provided in Kathy’s last months of life.
