Lora Meier Obituary

Lora Lee Meier age 62, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 25th, 2021, after a long battle with illness. She was born August 27th, 1958 in Rockford Il to Clarence McNamer Sr. and Leila (Knight) McNamer.

Lora enjoyed being the lovable “boss” of the house while spending her time with her husband David, sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and the rest of her family. Her hobbies were cooking, knitting, crafts, and bingo. The kindness and love felt in her presence will be missed dearly.

Lora is survived by her husband David K. Meier Sr., sons, Heath (Christine) Eberley, Daron (Mandy) McNamer, David K. Meier Jr., Joshua (Nikki) Morrow. Grandchildren Raven, Valexia, Taylor, Mark, Colby, Aubry, Monyae, Kendriak, and great grandchildren Sofia and Scarlet. Her brother Clarence (Deborah) McNamer, sister Scarlet (Edward) Karsten, many nieces and nephews, her friends and her cat Lil Dude.

Lora was predeceased by her sister Terri Johnson, and her brother Bobby McNamer, Her Parents Clarence and Leila Mcnamer and grandparents.
