Ma Luz Ramos passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Swedish American Hospital. Born September 30, 1938, in Mexico, the daughter of Julio Arreola and Maria Rocha. Funeral mass will be at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at St. James Catholic Church, 402 Church Street, Belvidere, with Rev. William Schuessler officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Highland Gardens Mausoleum, 9800 IL-76, Belvidere. Burial will take place at a later date in Mexico.
