Obituary
Mary A. McFadden passed away peacefully on May 1, 2022, at Northwoods Care Center in Belvidere, IL. She was born on January 28, 1951, and grew up in Rockford after her adoption in 1952. Mary graduated from Auburn High School in 1969. She married the love of her life, Gary McFadden on June 11, 1988.
Mary loved to reminiscence about her childhood, living on the family farm and her parents. She was known to talk anyone’s ears off. Most of the time she was bragging about her 5 beautiful girls and grandchildren. She loved COFFEE, wordsearches, HGTV, chocolate, tic tacs, playing piano, and spending time with her family. Especially her granddaughter Grace.
Mary is survived by her 5 girls, daughters Kelli (Matt) McFadden, Kathleen McFadden; bonus daughters Andrea (Dan) Enderle, Becky (Kevin) Durick, Kari (Chris) Gates, grandchildren; Sophia, Emma, Abigail, Gabriel, Addison, Gavin, Grace, Lilly, and Shaun.
Predeceased by her parents Harry and Vi Winter and husband Gary.
Private services will be scheduled at a later date for the family.
