Patricia Hayes Obituary

Patricia Hayes, passed away on July 4, 2025. She was born in Chicago on August 7, 1938; the daughter of Edward and Helen Andrews. Pat is survived by her sons, James I Cuzydlo, John F Cuzydlo and her daughter, Sherry Hayes; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, Ernest Koski, Charles Sulda, Robert Andrews and a sister, Helen Koski.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025 in the Chapel at Highland Gardens, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m.
