Rebecca Lynn Chadwick

Rebecca "Becky" Lynn Chadwick, 63, of Loves Park Becky died at 7:03am on May 2, 2025 in her home surrounded by family. Born March 1, 1962 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Loren and Margaret "Peg" (Harty) Chadwick. As a teenager, Becky spent all the time she could at her best friend Elizabeth's house, a friendship that lasted 47 years. Becky graduated from Harlem High Scool in 1980. While in high school, Becky loved to spend time with friends, and on trips with JROTC. Most of Becky's adult life was spent working in the food industry and being a stay at home mom. In her free time Becky really enjoyed doing crafts (mainly plastic canvas) spending time with friends and family, and playing cards and other table top games. On rare occasions you could even find her playing BomberMan or Tetris. She is survived by children; Anthony, {Erica} Sanders of Beloit, and Harlen "Kayla" Sanders of Loves Park.
Grandchildren, Angelina, Ellie "Daniel", Bryson "Clarinda", and Wayne II.
Her sisters, Elizabeth {Anthony} B of Rockford, IL, Betty {Jim} Hoshaw of Roscoe, IL, Barb Chadwick of Machesney Park, IL, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and extended family.
Preceded in death by parents, sister Brenda, grand daughter Lois, nephews Nathan, and Jason, ex-husband Gerald "Jerry" Sanders, and numerous other family members.
The family would like to give a very special thank you to Becky's caretaker of 2 years Marina. Marina went above and beyond for not just Becky, but was also a rock for Harlen when others were not available.

Becky is being cremated through the help of Affordable Cremations Rockford, IL.
Celebration of Rebecca's life will be from 1-4 p.m. on June 7, 2025 at People's Church, 340 West Grand Ave, Beloit, WI 53511.
