Sandra L. Gottlieb (née Montgomery), 81, of South Elgin, Illinois, previously Aurora and Geneva was called home to Heaven peacefully on July 14, 2024. Born in Aurora, Illinois, October 23, 1942, she was a woman of deep faith who lived a life characterized by quiet devotion and Christian values.
After graduating from Geneva High School, class of 1961 Sandra embarked on a professional path marked by dedication and hard work. Her career included being a hair dresser and owning her own salon in Geneva. Also meaningful positions at the Illinois Migrant Council, US Pallet, and as a Purchasing Agent for Industrial Enclosures and General Medical Supplies. She concluded her career at JPMorgan Chase working from 1999 until she retired.
In her personal life, Sandra found joy in the timeless pleasures of swimming and dancing. She was a dedicated Christian that cherished deeply guiding her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many others with love and wisdom through Christ.
Sandra was predeceased by her grandparents, her parents, and her beloved daughter, Tammy Frohling. She leaves behind a legacy of love and the warmest of memories to her surviving family members.
A private service for family will take place on August 24. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the family home at 30556 Carolwood Dr, Genoa, IL, 60135, to remember Sandra and celebrate a life well-lived, in accordance with her enduring faith and the traditions she held dear.
