Shelly L. Bladorn Nelson

Shelly Bladorn-Nelson, 50, of Deforest, WI passed away peacefully at home on July 1, 2025.  She was born in February 1975 in Janesville, daughter of Dale and Rhonda. She graduated from Janesville Parker High School.  She married Brian Nelson in July 2018.  She enjoyed spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed dance, traveling, and her career as a nurse.  She is survived by her husband Brian, daughter Samantha (Clayton) Jones, father Dale (Billy Kay) Bladorn, brother Dale (Bridgette, Colbie, Morgan) Bladorn, 1 grandchild, step father Wayne Giese, step sons Benjamin and Samuel Nelson, and many other loving family members.  She was preceded in death by her mother.  Funeral service will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Central Lutheran Church in Edgerton, with visitation starting at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will follow at Plymouth Cemetery in Hanover/Orfordville.  Thank you to Affordable Cremation and Funeral Services.  A special thank you to Agrace Hospice for their outstanding care.
