Thomas P. Kerwin, 54, of Hampshire passed away Saturday, January 25th 2020 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born strong 4 months Premature on April 19 1965, in Evanston. Thomas was a veteran serving in the United States Army. He married Liliana Y. Lucero on August 20 of 1997. Thomas was an avid outdoorsman and adventurer. He would often spend an entire day fishing and in the search for the next perfect spot. He was most happy being outdoors and keeping active, which he did for as long as he could. Thomas’s many talents were figuring out how to fix and improve Mechanical objects, Gardening, bird watching and target shooting. He was well known for his quick Wit, His infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate heart and spirit. He was a Hero to Many and a great friend to all. Thomas was employed and very dedicated during his many years at Randolph Packing and worked his way up to Quality Control Manager. Over the years he enjoyed Motorcycling, bike riding, camping, paintballing and spending time with friends and family preferably around a camp fire no matter the season and with man's best friend at his side. He will be remembered by his strength to overcome obstacles, a hardworking Father, husband, son, brother, great friend and Family man. Thomas will be forever missed. He leaves a deep void that can never be filled.
Survived by his wife, Liliana; Their Children; Yassmin (Justin Harrold), Jessica (Steve Cain), Thomas Jr, Daniel, William and Lillie. Their Grandchildren; Natalie and Ashton. Sibling; Diana (Ralph Kendall) nephews; Ralph Jr, Vincent, Hunter, Gunnar.
Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2020 in the Chapel at Highland Garden of Memories, with visitation starting at 6:00 p.m.
