Toby Roush

With great sadness, we announce the passing of our mother, Toby Roush (Weiner), who left us on September 9, 2025, She was born on February 14,1964 in Chicago Illinois.

Toby was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She dedicated her life to caring for her family and was a pillar of strength to all who knew her. She had a passion for gardening, cooking, crafting, and graphic design.

She is survived by daughter Nicole (Alexander) Keil, son Michael Stokes, brother David Weiner, sister Debra Komar, nephew Adam Komar, and grandchildren Skylynn, Phoenix , and Degan. She was preceded in death by her parents Carol and Abraham Weiner, and husband Vern Roush.

Toby will be missed dearly. The family asks for privacy during this difficult time. A celebration of life will be from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Buchanan Street Pub, Belvidere.
