Waco G. Butram

Garol "Waco" Butram, 81 of Capron, IL passed away on July 21, 2024 surrounded by family. Waco was born on October 20, 1942, in Missouri to Earl and Thelma (House) Butram. 

Waco worked as an electrician for over 30 years. He enjoyed going on walks, bicycling, gardening, and working on his 1970 Chevy Nova. He created memories with his family by taking them on summer vacations to Missouri, Tennessee, and kayaking in central Wisconsin. 

Waco is survived by his children Scott (Linda) Butram of South Beloit, IL and Dori Albrecht of Clinton, WI. Grandchildren, Tyler Albrecht, Caylin Hargarten, Stephanie Albrecht, Brett (Morgan) Johnson, and Janelle Johnson. Great-Grandchildren, McKenna Albrecht, Bentley & Easton Hargarten, Autumn Firlick, and Henley & Landon Johnson. Siblings, Darrell, LaVerne, Jerry, Diane, Ronald, and Gloria, and long time neighbors, The Love Family. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, mother of his children, Kathy, siblings Bonnie, Richard, Marie, Lowell, Carol, and infant brother Donald.
