Wayne Walter Ludtke Jr.

Retired Machinist Wayne Ludtke’s love of life didn’t come to an end with his death. Wayne passed away on October 3rd, 2023 at the young age of 53 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. He was a man who kept everyone rolling in laughter because he could find humor in the most mundane of life circumstances. It’s clear, by word of his nurses, that he fought harder during his battle with cancer than any other patient they’ve met, in the same condition.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Wayne. He loved a nice evening with friends and family with a cold bud light in hand. His easy going personality was contagious to everyone he met. He was a proud Papa to his children Wayne, Lisa, Tyler, Joshua, and Brittany. Wayne is survived by his mother Susan, brother Dennis, his granddaughter Josephine and a sweetheart dog named Bonita.

Wayne will be honored in a celebration of life at his home on October 8, 2023. Visiting hours are from 1-5 pm.
